This year our Teens are traveling to Hancock MI in the Upper Peninsula June 28th -July 3rd . We will spend the week serving the Lord working with the local church and Love INC.

June 20th off site in Pontiac MI (Micah 6) Bring $5 for dinner

Fill Out but do not sign it must be notorized.
Bring the filled out form on Saturday June 20th.
If you are your teen are not going to be present on June 20th you will need to sign the document in the presence of a notary.
